I don't want to offend anybody, but some of you must be poor managers, think you have to micro manage everybody, or maybe you have poor hired help. My boss very seldom calls me more than once a day. We sometimes go two or three days with out talking to each other on phonw or face to face. I know he talks to other people more than he talks to me.
