Bit off topic here Jim, but how does banding fert of corn fit in with a drilled soy/wheat rotation? Im considering banding for corn but not sure what to do about the soys and wheat. Corn is 30in rows while soys/wheat would be 7.5 ( or 8" or 10" or some multiple depending on the units Im lookin at) .Will fert banded at 30 in spacing migrate enough over the growing season to be available for the next years bean crop ? I like the potential savings in fert for the corn crop but am concerned about the following years beans crops. Does that make any sense at all? lol.
