It is ALL about the money all right. That doper kid has no money so they leave him alone. There is a man who lives a little ways from here who at last count had been arrested AND convicted 8 times for dui. They just raise the fines. Never jail time or even lost his licence Most go to classes and see the psycyatrist for $200 an hour. After $40 or $50 thousand all is good for a repeat offender. Even the breathalyser requirment can go away with a few bucks.
