Massman, where r u located? Presume Massachusetts. Our quote is 105 not including excavation or electrical. Had quote of 98 from another builder and 75 from mennonite builders. Decided to go with builder for 105 as we feel he will give us best finish. Could have ordered all from local lumber co. and erected ourselves for 50 or so. Will take pics but will take me forever to upload.
