Subject: Corn after CRP

East Central North Dakota
I rented a 1/4 of land last week that is currently in CRP. It's very highly productive and shouldn't have been in CRP. I am going to put corn in it, because it pencils out a little better for me at the time. The CRP is still standing. I wish i could have had the opportunity to do something with it last fall. I am thinking about having someone hay it then put corn into it. I will burn it down with 2 quarts of RU as soon as it's hayed. Maybe I should do it before its hayed? I am going to run a supercoulter to level off the ground and incorporate the dry fert. I have new Martin 1360 row cleaners on my 1790 planter. Should I used 1 spiked closing wheel or will 2 rubber ones work?

What is everyone's thoughts on how to do this the best? Thanks in advance.
