You're test isn't really measuring cec. It is adding the K, Ca , and Mg. And they are probably very low. I suspect on that land with irrigation, if you plant 30k, use 40 lbs with the planter, 100 lbs sidedress, and 100 lbs fertigation or broadcast at V10 you might be pushing240 bushels with good irrigation
