You're a bto when your ego gets so big that everything is supposed to revolve around you and everyone is supposed to bend over backwards and kiss your ass. We've got one of those guys here. Last I knew he farmed between 11k and 12k acres. He doesn't deserve to farm a fraction of that because of how he acts.
