Then I think according to NAT you have to make a public notice of your intentions and run it in the newspaper. Oh, you also can't pay more than the 'standard' rate for rent, which was set in 1956 by the crowd at the coffee shop.
I think if one were to follow the protocol you see on here at times, the average farm size would still be 40 acres and no one would need anything other than a 4020 to farm. Given the John Deere engineer thread the other day, apparently that would make some people really happy. | |
