Grandfield, Ok. | Ed the crawdads are plant eaters. The gly along with other weed killers will drift and wash to the food sources of the mudbugs ,kill the fona and thus starve the crawdads. My dad noticed the demise of good bait ponds 40 years ago as pasture spraying became popular in this area. At that time I did not realize that crawdads are vegetarians. This is mostly the observations of a wannabe fisherman. | |
