I say that because when the wife and I were coming home from Farmall Land (Avoca Ia), things around Galesburg were done much the same as here where I live. They didn't have terraces, or much irrigation so I wouldn't have to learn anything new.
It was just flat, and looked like a lot better class of real estate than I have here.
The only downside would be having to put up with the nut cases in Chicago and all their rules.................guess I'll just stay here. |
