ECIL
I would say here in ECIL the subsoil has been mostly recharged in the last 2.5 months. Tiles are running again. Back in November it was very dry here. We put in 30k feet of tile on one farm and never saw a drop of water the whole time. Old tiles were dry and we were 9 ft deep for a ways going through a hill, I made a connection for a submain in that hole and there wasn't a bit of water. For around here in the end of November that's pretty dry.
I'd say we're in pretty good shape here. That being said, its nice having plenty of moisture starting out, but nothing beats July and August rains! Those the the CRITICAL ones.
