Seems to me like there is a big difference from one NRCS/FSA to another. I have some farms that my conservation plan wont let me apply any anhydrous becasue of sodbust and other things. Everywhere I go and tell people about that they look at me like they've never heard of that.


As far as grazing the cover crops, I dont think our local NRCS would care here if you seeded with cost share money. But I guess I would ask first.
