Is FSA threatening to not subsidize the cover crop of you graze it? I plan to drill 100-125 acres to a good grazing cocktail late summer for fall/winter grazing. I've been figuring $40-45 an acre but I'm also planning to add 30% more cattle as my hay needs will be lot less.
Similarly, I went to a Purina Feed show last week and by the time the Vet and Mineral salesman got done, we all felt like raising cattle was doom and gloom....I know what you mean. | |
