a) Ron, I was not screaming.  I was making a point.

b) I did not run to the other board "brown shirt" (whatever THAT means).  I simply went to MachineryTalk because I thought that was a better place to take a poll on whether it was a safe practice.  It was simply not my intent at all to "spread the news and report an offender".  That thought had not crossed my mind at all.

c) I didn't appreciate being told by Derby that I don't know anything at all.  That is simply not true. 

I've heard enough about "accidents" - and I hate to call them accidents, because they are not accidents - I heard enough about these kinds of incidents by people who should know better- by people who take chances they should not be  taking. Like I say, it may not be the initial "offender" who gets hurt.  It may be someone else who sees this kind of action and thinks it is okay - and they are the ones who get hurt.  We All in agriculture need to step up and make agriculture safer, not riskier. Period.
