No, I wouldn't. They could do like I do, borrow some money to lock in supply and price. I do this on beanmeal, fert, and seed. When I feed cattle I like to see hay in the barn. I never want to wonder if I'll have enough. Couple years that I had to buy hay myself I buy during the summer even if I have to store it close to a year.
I think I'll just raise steers
