gut the basement and forget its there,,,if your going to spend big money do an addition upstairs.
Coming from a now deathly allergic to mold guy now too. If I can smell mold I cant walk out fast enough,,,time doent heal it either,,same sick almost a year later from last time,,,,only antibiotics will,,wear respirators, hepa vacs, hepaneg air pressure,,,do it right
