comes to sell the house you have to disclose the
mold findings. and if you don't show what was
done to remove the mold, no one will buy the
house without deeply discounting the selling
price. if you choose not to disclose and
the buyer gets sick and can prove prior knowledge
exist you will be sued.
your best bet is to get another inspection and
fix the problem.
