If they are feeding for you...speak up...if not...let it pass. Unless you can see them sleeping or drinking coffee, how do you know they aren't fixing broken waterlines or dealing with sick kids or pulling a neighbor out of a ditch? I agree that they won't be in business much longer if they continually manage this way.
