I've recently switched to Rangeland's Year Round 7.5 complete mineral. It has everything a 1300 lb cow needs, especially the things that most minerals are lacking like vitamin A and E. I previously used Rangeland ProPhos 8 blocks and then a salt block, but after more researching, found out it was not a complete mineral.
