American Eagle briefs, boxer briefs and what they call performance trunks are nice, with a great support for your junk, not loose at all.

Avoid American Apparel, the rubber band loosens up. I usually wear boxers, CK has some stretch cotton models that also offer a great support, the best of briefs and boxers combined (I don't mean boxer briefs).
