I run a 1979 Zimmatic you want what ever you buy to be dependable and long lasting you do tend to have them for a long time. Depending on your water galvanzied pipe is the cheapest I get my water out of river and my pipe is in very good condition .I had a uncle at Halstead and his well water was so bad they had to use stainless pipe. I have drops on mine and thay have some very good ones now. I still have the original recap truck tire on mine they look terribile but they have no flats . I have heard that the Agre TRacs are hard on gearboxes if you are not getting stuck I would not get them. I have not had to replace any gearboxes but I have replaced about 1/2 of the motors. A Reinke pivot is built a lot lighter then a Valley or a Zimmatic , I run mine over hills and through a Drainage ditch, I do not know how a Reike would handle rough terrain . Dealer service is very important we have a good dealer in 96 Agri Sales, I would try to keep every thing as simple as possibile
