I bought a used 344J last month, quite impressed so far.
Plenty of lift height, will turn around almost as tight as a skidsteer with the 'stereo' steering - rear wheels also turn as the loader articulates.
It took a while to find one but I think it was worth the wait.  Makes my 6410 look like a child's toy.
