Not knocking the vermeer. Just can't seem to find one in the price range that the OP is trying to stay in. Atleast not a cornstalk special model. I have looked at a vermeer before, and they had the deere beat as far as being built heavier, until Deere's new series (569) came out this year. They look pretty equal in that category now if you ask me.
Personally, I can't see spending the 30 to 40k to have a "cornstalk special" when I can do the same work in the same amount of time for 13 which is what I gave for my 567. That's just my opinion though! |
