I have a 1790 24R20 planter have used it 3 season have 11,000 acres on it really like the bulk fill I have excellent plant spacing and I plant at 5.5 - 6 mph but I think some of it has to do with the 20" rows and the fact I have 24 meters dropping seeds on a 40' seeding tool compared to 16 meters on a 30" machine the meters all turn 1/3 slower basically the equilivent to planting at 3.5-4 mph with a 30" planter.
