| Can't say I know of anyone hiring pickups and stock trailers to haul for cash. "Here", it's more of a neighbor helping neighbor deal, with nobody keeping score. Bear in mind I'm talking short hauls, usually 40-110 miles, sometimes in unfavorable weather conditions where a truck might risk getting stuck getting out of the ranch or remote pasture.
Rancher gets a convoy of neighbors with trailers to go to the sale barn. He fills everyone's rig up with fuel in town and buys lunch at the sale barn cafe, and you're all good to go.
