Faunsdale, AL
Pasteurizers are not too complicated or expensive. We grew up drinking milk out of the bulk tank and still do. My children drink widely varying amounts of milk, but we go through a gallon pretty quickly. More and more evidence is accumulating that milk and milk fat is not the demon it has been portrayed as for the last 40 years.

I have to point at the fact that my father is 89 and a half and still going to town every morning for the "parts run". He and my mother (soon to be 88) will go through as much milk as my family of 4 goes through during the week if not more. On the weekends when we're 6 at home, and my champion milk drinker is here, Our consumption really kicks up!

I need to be drinking more, I think I've put on 5 pounds since the holiday season began. (There was a study that showed that people who drank milk lost weight more easily)
