This post is for my wife and not me. (Helped a friend once at college go milk 65 head one evening and figured out I'm no dairyman) She has this crazy idea she wants a Guernsey milk cow and about the only way I'd buy her one is if milk approached $7.
I do know of a couple beef guys that keep a milk cow around for the twins or orphans, so it might not be an all bad idea!
