Surprised to see most replies are full time. I work off farm,
I too was surprised by this, around here I would venture to say 80% of farmers work off the farm, regardless of size or nature of farm, livestock or grain.
Both my father and myself work off the farm, my mother runs the farm and we're her after hours workers. :-)
Is your sole income Farming and/or ranching?
