I am firmly convinced that little thing in your brain that says "You shouldn't say this" quits working as you get older.  And some folks never had one.

Many years ago I was starting out in the seed business and had a DM who made some poor choices and then left the company.  I had put up with his foolishness and at the next company meeting explained my feelings to someone ... who later in the meeting I found would be my new DM.  He gave me some excellent advice: You've learned how not to be.  Now go do better.
