Kindof sounds like he is talking about alleopathy. I cannot say for sure though. If it is alleopathy I wouldnt know why cotton following milo wouldnt work. We dont grow cotton up here, but we can put soybeans in behind milo all day long and that would in theory be what your doin......broadleaf crop behind milo. I would do some more research on it.....maybe call him back do some more questioning and then either post back or call other people locally for opinions.
