for a pivot with 5 gpm per acre so a 125 acre pivot has 625 gal coming out of it, the landowner pays all expenses on pivot, well, motor there are some guys paying $250-275 a wet acre. make sure your contract has flow meter guarenteed pivot flow all summer long. Because most guys think they have 600 gal water but in reality have 450-500 gal.
