Here traditionally the renter provides the pivot if the landowner provides the pumps. Fertilizer, harvest expenses, and crop are split either by 1/3 or 1/4.
Cash rent can be anywhere from $40-$150 an acre depending on the deal. Higher end will be with turn key irrigation good water, to lower end renter is responsible for everything poor water.
