Aberdeen MS		the LL is going to accept your language in the contract.

More than likely it will be counter offered with language of their own to keep the "ball in their court" so to speak.

May be wise to keep the "aggressiveness" of your language toned down a little bit.

Just saying that it takes two to come together.
