You need to demo them all.

We ended up with an MT855C and LOVE it so far. We only have about 250hrs on it right now but have pulled a manure tank, grain cart, and chisel plow.

They are different to drive and they take a little getting used to too... but they ride and traction is fatastic!!!

I think a Qaud Track would be a nice tractor but we don't like oscillating machines and I think the the MT855C shifts WAY smoother then our STX's did. We never even drove the Deere 9530 we priced. It was WAY more money and I didn't like how the track width was fixed. I wanted to be able to get it out to 120" which the Deere could not do.

We also choose the MT855c over the others because we like the 15L engine over the smaller displacement engines in the CIH and Deere. You can lug this Cat down to 1200rpm and still have time to downshift if things get hairy! Our STX's would fall on their faces if you got under 1800rpm... and if you weren't quick about shifting it would do it for you, into neutral!
