I use Discover most of the time, works well for me.  I carry Mastercard and Visa for the times someone doesn't accept Discover, which is not very often.  I made a mistake getting a Visa from 5/3 bank, they offered more points.  Then I discovered points are worth half Discover points, not a percent like Discover.  If getting a new card, I would ask about what the points mean, as they may vary from bank to bank.

If I didn't pay the balance off in full every month, I would look for lower interest, but have never carried a balance over to pay interest on.
