Crediting a discover cash back rewards back to your account is not a wise use. There are a lot of gift cards to redeem at use $20 cash back and get $25 on a gift card. They take your already earned cash and give you another 20 percent. Most rewards are penny for penny or sometimes less. I use discover and have a Visa card for places that don't take discover.
