I'm sorry , it is tough,the "what if's and the if onlys" are the real culprits ,it takes a tremendous amount of personal fortitude to not let your mind go there in the quiet times. The only ones that understand are those who walk this road. I have lost a great amount of patience, on trivial things, as the question is; what is really important? Blessings
