SW Minnesota, Lyon County | It's still annoying listening to the dang thing ring all the time. I had the phone/fax by my desk in the office. Caller ID on that stunk. I normally had the TV on in the office, and that had caller ID so I screened the calls that way. I would get tired of picking the phone up and setting it right back down to just shut it up. A stupid tool company has my cell # and keeps calling every single day, sometimes twice a day. Number is either blocked or comes through as Corona CA. I do not answer it. I hope the blocked ones are from them anyway. I have voicemail, and if someone wants to talk to me they can leave a message. Still annoying on the cell. You'd think they would get the hint! I disconnected my landline about two weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Have a dedicated cell that sits on the counter for the "home" phone. It has location services on it for 911. Maybe I'll regret not having a landline in the future, but I couldn't be happier now! |
