perryton, tx | Not to hijack the thread but i have a question: is it taught to ride with or against the traffic flow? When i ride i always ride against the flow so i can see cars ahead that are coming toward me. Many times i've come up behind cyclists on the highway riding with the flow that i'm pretty sure are oblivious to a vehicle bearing down on them from behind. In riding against the flow it puts a full lane between myself and the vehicles roaring up from behind which makes me feel much safer. | |
