Creep feeding here has meant easier, lower stress weaning, larger calves, ability to treat with antibiotics in situations, and less pressure on cows when pasture is at a premium. Is the feed cheap? No. But the period when they are on the cow is the time when a little feed can go a long way in terms of gain.
