| Could have saved him from being in the legal mess he is in now.
Rumor is that the Gov. and pilots wanted a new plane. Seems they had electrical "problems" going into DC. Made national news and generated lots of press at home to the fact "we" needed a new plane.
I would like to think the rumor is wrong. But if you look at the current charges against him and his handling of the Lt. Gov. you begin to wonder.
