Mine was here when I moved in. Put in plenty of electrical outlets. When we have aparty we put the food in there,flys aren't as bad. Mine has a door on each side so you can go to the front or back yard. Also has two small windows so it doesn't get alot of heat build up in the summer. Make sure the floor isn't real smooth so it isn't slick when you track snow in
