We've tried the roasted on the grill, and my wife pickles them as above, very good ways to go.
As far as varieties go, we have found "Jade" is the best, they keep blooming and bearing all summer into the fall. Our other varieties would quit after a few weeks.
Has anyone elso tried Jade?
