Eastern Nebraska | 3w farms.... thank you for the information on how to do that.... I have another big batch about ready and I will do that with them... I was in Italy in June and brought some olive oil back from there so I will can them in that.... I have diced some and froze them to use later and cut some in rings and froze... I also cut some up for salsa and cut some hot peppers up for salsa and froze those... So when the tomatoes are ready I am ready to cook up a batch of salsa and can it...
