I have babied my garden all summer trying to get produce in this heat like everyone else.... I have gotten an abundance of green peppers and am looking fo rideas on how to freeze them for future use... I have thought of green peppers stuffed with rice and meat and tomato sauce.... My grandma used to stuff them with rice and cheese also... Any other ideas or recipes that you have tried??? Has anyone just cleaned them out and frozen the empty pepper to stuff later????
