You obviously were not interested in making a legitimate suggestion, or you would have addressed your idea directly to OhioFarmer, and you would have posted directly under his post.  You obviously wanted to put a dig into me, and I am not sure why.  Whatever! 

As far as the fences/ neighbors issue,  I thought about making a response to your comment on that, but this is not the right venue.
