As a rule fruit pies do not have to be refrigerated.....as long as you eat it fairly quickly.... I make blueberry pie on a regular basis and it is usually gone in 3-4 days....but once it didn't get eaten quickly enough and it soured....the top crust will also mold if left out of refrigerator and not eaten quickly enough.
