Unless it has an igrediet that has to be refrigerated (ie cream cheese) then no, fruit pies do not have to be refrigerated. I too had a licensed kitchen in my home and did catering. Also went to farmers market for almost 10 years wi/baked goods. Always kept in communicaton with my inspector about what had to and what didnt have to be refrigerated. Only itens that do not have to be refrigerated can be sold at FM. Breads, cookies, fruit pies. No cream pies or pecan pies.
