One thing people have to realize is that what you do on/under your land may well affect some one next door . And don't think for a minute that the companies won't screw any one that they can .
It's all about the money and we know right well the farmer gets as little as possible . Think years into the future before you sign . What seems reasonable today may well be a drop in the bucket 20 or thirty years down the road .
Just look at the price of a pickup today . Back in the mid seventies you could get a top of the line for about $5000.00 . That might be the tax today !! |
