You can take it out any time you want. Just have to pay back what you've recieved on that contract. Don't believe they will ever change that. The political love behind crp is very strong. We don't need more acres. Just need more rain on the acres we already have. Farming a few of those new crp acres this year and I can tell you first hand that releasing more of these acres will not help to feed the world......
